XINDITAI / QUALITY

Quality starts with a traceable sample.

Agree the sample, then inspect against it. Identify the model, hardware version, approved artwork and audio files in the same record. A factory photograph shows the workplace; it does not establish compliance for every product.

Request evidence for your selected model and market. Record the report identifier, applicable standard, tested configuration and any differences from the production version.

Sound & control checks

Sound & control checks

Use an approved track list to check every trigger and playback response. Review volume, clarity, stop behaviour and repeated activation on the complete assembled sample.

Assembly & handling

Assembly & handling

Check access to controls and power, visible fit, print or stitching alignment and the agreed assembly details. Define inspection criteria around the actual product and intended user.

Documentation & packing

Documentation & packing

Review model identification, artwork revision, instructions and carton information. Confirm required test documents for the selected configuration and market; a factory photograph is not a product certificate.

Inspect the interaction, not just the appearance

Open a model for the supplied specifications. Customisation, availability and final configuration are confirmed for each project.
